Cancel/Weather policy: (Rain/cancel policy)

It is always our intention not to disappoint the children, so if we can deliver we will. Bonafide BAD WEATHER prohibiting safe setup:
If is raining the day of your party, or we can't deliver your unit (because of strong winds, for example,) you may cancel, postpone,   
or reschedule, as available, but you must call
the evening before your event, or the latest by 6:00 AM on the morning of the rental day
to let us know your intentions regarding the weather

related cancellation or postponement.

We may be able to extend your final decision about a weather postponement or cancellation
 after you call (depending on your party hours.)   
You forfeit the deposit If you have mis-represented information we asked of you and we can not provide you with the rental you requested.   
An example would be: you wanted to supervise your party but it is obvious when we arrive that you have neither done the online training program   
nor demonstrated competence when we went over the information with you.  Another example would be: you are insisting we put the Air Castle 
obstacle, or Combo in a location that we feel will potentially injure children or damage our Air Castles and Slides. In all situations we will try to work   
with you so your children are not disappointed.  It is our goal to provide you with safe, quality products for a stress-free party/event.   
  
Please  consider carefully the items before you make your booking. Once your deposit is provided it is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit

If you are concerned about weather problems ask about our 'SAVE THE PARTY' packages
including the Carnival Game Package and the Indoor Bouncer.

 

Rental deposit: We accept bookings by first to make deposit as follows;  $50.00 (rental value $300.00 or under)
$100.00 (rental value over $300.00 but under $600.00) 50% (packages in excess of $600.00.). All major credit cards are accepted.
Reservation/booking is not made until we receive your deposit.  Please carefully read and consider everything we have made available for you.
Additional information is on our website and in the Emails we send to you. The deposit used to secure this rental will not be refunded for any reason. 
Once you make a deposit you are bound by our rain/cancel policy even if you did not elect to read it.
Rental products, manual and all directions, as well as extra supplies must be returned at the end of the party.
 

Open to the Public Rentals:  Special NJ Laws and fees apply if this is an 'open to the
public' rental, so please let us know if your party/event is open to the public.
NOTE: The NJ Department of Carnival Rides and Amusements (regulatory agency) is now
interpreting NJ Inflatable law about public rentals to be any inflatable
product setup in/on a public location to now require our staff to supervise,
this includes Block Parties, and Private parties in public parks. Where
you place the unit is key to this interpretation. We will continue to discuss
this with them because of the financial burden it places on private parties
held in parks and block parties which are really private parties, but for
now it is the way ALL INFLATABLE COMPANIES are required to go.

Delivery Issues:

We have several different types of delivery vehicles including a trailer. Let us know if you are on a 'dead end' or circle type
of street so we can plan ahead with your delivery.
 
We are an equal opportunity employer, and incredibly proud of our staff. We need to
know in advance if you have ANY hills or steps on your property since we have several
different delivery crews, some of which are physically stronger than others. It would be
unfortunate if we arrive and can not deliver because you did not provide this information
in advance. There may be an 'impediment fee' charged for difficult deliveries. We have a
zero tolerance policy for customers who disregard our staff by not warning us of this situation
in advance. So please avoid this unfortunate situation by giving us full information in advance.
 

Here are a few items which could result in unexpected additional costs when we arrive or pick up; (these are rare costs)

 
1.) Failing to achieve a passing score on the Air Castles And Slides, LLC online safety supervisor test, if you are not hiring our staff to supervise. The test is easy after you have done the program/watched the videos but we take it seriously for the safety of the children.
2.) Hills and steps on your property which you did not inform us about in advance may require additional staff to handle.
3.) Having staff move inflatables to another location after the unit has been unrolled. Discuss locations in advance with all decision makers.
4.) Writing on our Air Castle location sign which we use to find your location/house for pick ups, especially at night.
5.) Using 'extra' machine supplies we provided as a courtesy so you wouldn't run out.
6.) Having the water running on a water slide at pick up time, water needs to be turned up, but inflatable left on so it can dry before pick up.


It has become necessary to explain the following, so we thought we would
routinely tell everyone:

We define 'day' as 'day light hours.'

We start deliveries at 6:00 am, and we have several delivery vehicles. Though
this is not always the case, delivery times tend to be on the hour with
the last delivery finishing at 11:00 am. You are welcome to enjoy your
rental from delivery until just before dark (unless you are getting a delivery
discount,*) and of course, only if you have taken and passed the supervision
certification course. If you have requested a supervisor for your party
the supervisor will 'set up' the rented items about one hour before your
requested start time (however, you only pay for actual supervision time)
and 'take down' just after your requested stop time. Delivery of inflatables
may be earlier, but the supervisor will be the one to complete the set up.

We like to have our staff off of your property before dark. It does not
always happen that way, but it is our goal. If you really need rented items
later we may be able to make arrangements for you for an additional fee.
(*If you are getting a delivery discount as mentioned in the above paragraph
this may shorten the amount of time you will have the inflatable because
we need to cut costs on our end to compensate for your discount.)
 

Our ETA is an ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL and we try very hard to follow it, but there is
no representation, nor guarantee that we will arrive as expected since there may be circumstances
beyond our control which interfere with our ability to arrive when we planned. We do not adjust
prices based on delivery time. Once you have accepted delivery you have agreed to all contract
terms, so please review the contract at this time.
