Henderson's Gymnastics Academy, NJ offers
High School Teams Programs for gymnasts who want some competitive
experience but not the full training program of our full competition programs:
La Gymnastique, Henderson's Eagles, and the pre-teams. This
"JOGA"
High School Competitive Team program is beyond class level yet not as
demanding as the full team program.
