Henderson's Gymnastics Academy, NJ offers several
Competitive
Girls' Teams Programs La Gymnastique
is the most competitive and trains for all levels of gymnastic competition.
We also have several pre-team levels for girls with outstanding potential. All
of these levels are by invitation, coach recommendation, and try-out only.
See your coach or AnnMarie if you believe you qualify.
Henderson's Gymnastics Academy, NJ also offers
USAIGC Teams Programs for gymnasts who want some
competitive experience but not the full training program of La Gymnastique and
the pre-team. This program is beyond class level yet not as demanding as
the full team program.
